In addition to Japanese language classes at the university, this program deepens understanding of Japanese culture through a variety of Japanese cultural experiences, such as tea ceremony experience and the Gion Festival visit. There are many opportunities for exchange with Japanese students, including participation in university classes, international exchange party, and visits to Koka elementary, junior high, and high schools. Our students will serve as international student partners and provide support. Although Kyoto Koka is a women’s university, this program is open to both male and female students.
